7 Errors doom in Elkins in loss to Berkeley County in day #2 of the state tournament

July 29, 2010 Charleston WV - 7 errors and poor hitting in clutch situations doomed in Elkins Post 29 as they fell to Berkeley County Post 14, 9-5 Thursday night at Appalachian Power Park. Trevor Mouser suffered the loss in two plus innings of work. Elkins was led at the plate by Lance VanNoy and Ryne Bonnell, who both had two hits. Elkins (36-9) will play Parkersburg Post 15 at Triana Field on the campus of the University of Charleston at 12:00 PM. << Back
